Movie tickets (Tickets) can be purchased on www.popupcinema.co.nz via https://www.trybooking.com/nz/TMS. When purchasing a ticket online you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to and incorporate the website terms and conditions of use.

1. Movie Tickets purchased on this website are strictly non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law. Your purchase will appear on your bank statement under the name “ Pop-Up Cinema”.

2. Prices on the website for tickets include GST where applicable.

3. A $0.30 per Ticket surcharge is applicable to all online Ticket purchases, additionally, a 3% credit card / processing fee is applicable to all ticket sales.  

4. Try Booking will issue you tickets to your supplied email address, please have these with you at the time of movie. On cell phone is fine.

5. By purchasing a ticket online you represent that you are of an age permitted to purchase a Ticket pursuant to the relevant classification for the relevant movie. BU Events (Pop-Up Cinema) may at its discretion require photo identification for proof of age for movies with an age restriction. Suitable identification must be presented when collecting student/concession/senior priced Tickets. A failure to present photo identification or other suitable identification where requested will result in a refusal of entry without refund.

6. BU Events Limited reserves the right without refund of any amount paid to refuse admission to or remove any person who's conduct Bu Events staff deems disorderly and/or inappropriate.
